A pendant made of a 1″ disc and 3/4″ disc is hand stamped and personalised for each special mom! Of course, we can stamp ‘grandma’, ‘nana’, ‘mimi’, or any other dear name instead!
Kids’ names are stamped along the bottom and their corresponding birthstones sit on top. About 18 characters fit best. Please let us know how you’d like this necklace personalised in your order notes at checkout.
The pendant is strung from an 18″ oval link chain.
Each necklace is made to order and packaged in a gift box.
